The March Synchronizer tells every player in a group when to send their march so that all of them land on the target in the same second — for rally joins, garrison swaps and coordinated hits in Whiteout Survival.
Take the longest march time in the group, Dmax. Each player leaves Dmax − (their march time) seconds after the first departure. The slowest player leaves first, at offset 0, and everyone arrives at first departure + Dmax.
All arithmetic is in whole seconds. When an offset crosses into the next minute the table says so, so a wrapped second value is never shown without its minute. With a clock time set, departures are shown as real times in UTC or your local time and a countdown follows the next departure using real timestamps, so it stays correct after the phone locks.
