How it is calculated
Rally Capacity adds up what each participant is sending, against the capacity the rally screen shows, so the leader knows how much space is left and who is carrying the rally.
Used = sum of every participant’s infantry, lancers and marksmen. Remaining = capacity − used (never below zero); anything above capacity is reported as overflow. Utilisation = used ÷ capacity, and each share = participant total ÷ used.
There are no hidden mechanics here: capacity and contributions are exactly what you type.
