Rally Heroes adds up the expedition skill bonuses a Whiteout Survival rally actually gets: the rally captain’s three heroes with every skill, plus the joiners’ first skills, using hero data from a public dataset. It also suggests a formation for your server’s hero generation.
Captain: every expedition skill of all three heroes applies, at the level you set (stated in the dataset’s Bear Hunt briefing). Joiners: only the first expedition skill of each joiner’s first hero counts, and only four of them, the highest skill levels first; on a tie the earlier joiner keeps the place (community rally guides).
Effects with the same name are added and listed with who brings them. The game’s own combination (added or multiplied), trigger chances and turn timing are not modelled; each skill’s description is shown so you can read the conditions.
Suggested formation: for attack or garrison defense and a hero generation, the captain gets the hero with the highest expedition stat in each class, and joiners are ranked by the steady (unconditional) bonus of their first skill at level 5.
Captain Frostbyte: Jeronimo, Molly, Jasser (skills at 5). Joiners: Ashvale Jessie 5, Kestrel Jasser 5, Nordwind Sergey 5, Emberline Jessie 3, Moss Seo-yoon 5. Four joiner skills count: the four level-5 skills; Emberline’s level-3 Jessie is outranked. The table then lists every effect, e.g. Damage Dealt from Jeronimo, Molly, Jessie and Jasser.
